I'm an experienced creative director and creative technology leader of global, multidisciplinary teams for brand building, immersive exhibit design, marketing & advertising. Committed to delivering inventive, technically proficient, and strategically sound ideas and executions. Co-founder of The Barbarian Group, and winner of numerous industry awards, including the inaugural Cannes Innovation Grand Prix.

Led and mentored the Global Creative Studio team of world-class creatives specializing in Design, Creative Engineering & Technology, Strategy, and Operations. Responsible for the creative output for both premium advertising clients and the globally admired and awarded WeTransfer brand.

Selected Work:

Executive leadership and creative direction for WeTransfer's global 2024 brand campaign, exploring the struggles, humor and successes of what it means to be a professional in the "cteative class." Featuring creator partnertships with Jessica Walsh Quinn Wilson Joshua Kissi and Gabriel Moses.
Executive leadership and Creative direction for PepsiCo's global Mirinda brand. A creative solution to develop standout marketing assets that work seamlessly across 30+ countries and many languages, with film, outdoor, social, and interactive creating a fizzy-brain-tickling-audio-visual-hypersensorial-flavor assault on your senses.
Lead Creative Technologist for Burger King's highly successful foray into early viral marketing  that made quite a bit of buzz.
Oversaw technical aspects and contributed creatively to multiple exhibits in the Black Wall Street History Center an award-winning, world-class cultural institution. I also architected the system behind the "Commitment Space" where visitors end their tour by making a personal commitment toward racial reconciliation, via a kiosk and interactive sculpture.

I am a co-founder of the Digital agency The Barbarian Group, which has been named "Interactive Agency of the Year" (Creativity) and "Digital Company of the Year" (Creativity) and one of the world's 50 most innovative companies (Fast Company). Clients include: Volkswagen, PepsiCo, Burger King, Kashi and Nike, Samsung and Bell Labs.

I also helped create and grow the creative coding C++ library Cinder, which was awarded the first ever Cannes Lions Grand Prix for Innovation.
